HI, I'M CHELSEA

After spending years building my career across healthcare, operations, and customer success, I made my own transition into tech and experienced firsthand the challenges, uncertainty, and opportunities that come with entering a new industry.I created The Soft Pivot because I believe Black women deserve more than generic career advice. We deserve access, mentorship, community, and honest conversations about what it really takes to build and grow a career in tech.I wanted to create the kind of community I wish existed when I was making my own transition into tech.What started as a personal career pivot quickly became a passion for helping other Black women discover the opportunities that exist within the tech industry.
